BTO - Better Than OEM. Great Name! I must say I was very pleased with their extremely fast shipping. Arrived 3 business days after ordering. And it works just as it should. I'm about to embark on 3100 mile road trip so we'll see how it holds up. But even if it doesn't, I could still buy 3 - 4 of these and still come out ahead of the in store prices. This was an easy buy for me.

I bought this item and found that the tip kept falling off whenever I put it in the socket in my car. I notified the company about the defect and they immediately sent me a new one. I was very impressed by the quality of customer service. The second one I got works fine and I use it all the time. The price is outstanding--comparing to $15.00+ at the store!
